About office technology

Is leasing or buying better?

For equipment that gets replaced within a few years – tills, screens, coffee machines – leasing with a service agreement is usually best: no deposit, the whole cost is deductible and service is included. If you would rather buy, that works too.

Can we keep our phone numbers?

Yes. We port your existing numbers to the new switchboard. You will not notice any interruption.

Do the POS systems meet Skatteverket’s requirements?

Yes. Every till is delivered with a certified control unit, and we help you register it with Skatteverket, the Swedish Tax Agency.

What happens if something breaks?

The service agreement has response times. Fault reports go to your account manager, and if a coffee machine or till fails you get a replacement unit so the business does not stand still.
