Rental or lease — what is the difference?
Rental is shorter (from 12 months) and flexible. A lease runs 24–60 months with a lower monthly cost and the option to take the machine over. Both are tax-deductible and need no deposit.
Are the beans included?
Yes. Beans, milk and cleaning products are delivered as you use them and are included in the monthly cost.
What happens if the machine breaks?
Report it on a weekday, and you get a repair or a replacement machine within 1–2 working days.
