What data we collect

When you send a quote request we store the details you provide yourself: company name, name, email address, phone number (optional), industry, the areas you are interested in and your message.

Why

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and follow up on the contact. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, if an agreement is signed, performance of that contract.

How long

Enquiries that do not lead to an agreement are deleted within 12 months. Data linked to an agreement is kept for as long as the agreement is in force and thereafter in line with the Swedish Accounting Act.

Who has access

The data is handled by us and by our email and hosting providers (Resend, Vercel), who process it on our behalf within the EU/EEA or under approved safeguards. We never sell data on.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction or erasure, object to the processing or ask for it to be restricted. Email info@bonexmedia.se. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with IMY, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection.
