What is a managed electricity contract?
Instead of fixing your whole consumption on a single date, the electricity is bought continuously by managers who follow the market. Historically that has given a lower average price than the spot price over time, with less risk than guessing the right day.
How does battery storage earn money?
In three ways: a lower electricity cost by moving consumption to cheap hours, a lower capacity charge by shaving the peaks, and income from grid support services (frequency regulation).
How long is the payback period?
It depends on consumption, capacity charges and which Swedish electricity price area you are in. We do the calculation for your site before you decide — it often lands at a few years.
Can we combine it with solar panels?
